I'm HelloWilson, better known as Rachel Russell, a creative graphic designer based in East Dulwich, South East London. I offer affordable and well designed logos, modern print, web and brand design, and hand drawn illustration all combined with an approachable, friendly and stress-free service. I work with new start-up companies, as well as small and medium sized businesses, across a range of sectors helping to create designs that have a positive impact on your business.

How it works

First, get in touch. I'm more than happy to discuss the project you've got in mind and answer any questions you might have, no need to commit to anything at this point. I'm very used to working with people who have never used a designer before so no question is too daft. If you decide you'd like to go ahead, and once I've got a good idea about the work you'd like done and your budget, I will go away and put together a quote. We'll also discuss exactly what the finished product will be and agree timescales.

Once you've considered the quote and decided you'd like to go ahead I will begin researching the project and create a first draft to send to you. We then discuss this first draft. I like to keep in contact with clients throughout the project allowing you plenty of opportunity to give your input.

Once you've given your opinion, I'll go away and work on the second draft and send it back to you. This process can be repeated as necessary.

When you are completely happy I will provide you with all necessary files and/or send files to print. I'll also keep in touch to make sure everything is working well for you.

Your budget

If you're working on a tight budget don't despair. I will always be honest about what you can achieve with the funds available. I can give you a price before beginning the project so you will know exactly how much the project will cost you.

Need other services?

I want to try and make the whole process as easy a possible for you. For this reason I have contacts I can call on to provide a range of services including copy writing and web development. I can also handle printing for you. I can project manage everything, making the process as simple as possible for you.
